You agree not to use the Service:

• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
• To generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ImagiNext, an ImagiNext employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ImagiNext and its licensors. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you generate through the Service, subject to our right to use it to provide and improve the Service.

5. Tokens and Subscriptions

Access to certain features of the Service may require the use of "tokens" or a paid subscription. Payment terms and conditions for subscriptions will be provided at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

ImagiNext makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ImagiNext, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law
